Return & Exchange Policy

  • Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • There would be no exchange or return policy for towels, other SIFONA Home Products.
  • Clothing products purchased from www.sifona.com can be exchanged within a week time (07 Days Period) only if:
  • There is any defect in the Item(s) at the time of delivery.
  • Please be advised that any additional fabric, or patches included with the product, are mentioned in the product description on the website. Any excess fabric or embellishments utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned in the description.
  • Pictures shown on the website and real dress may have slightly difference in color because of the lighting effects in photo-shoot.
  • There would be no return or exchange of any dress/ cloth if the flyer sealed is opened.
  • SIFONA does not offer a “Cash Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
  • A “Refund” may only be issued if:
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product.
  • The transaction does not verify the security checks and SIFONA is not willing to process such order.
  • The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc. and the customer thinks that they do not need the products any longer.
  • SIFONA has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – item is out of stock, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
  • Coupon Code provided by SIFONA shall only be usable with in a month period.
